Mother's Day 5K Run/Walk Results

Basic Lifting and Cardio 101

The workshop where all your questions can be answered! Tuesday, May 20th 6:30 p.m. – HealthPoint, Cape. Bring your questions about lifting weights and cardiovascular training and we’ll answer them for you!

HealthPoint Fitness personal trainers are skilled in empowering clients to meet specific fitness goals. Personal training and nutrition packages are also available. Please supply us by filling out this form with the following information and you will be contacted to discuss your current fitness level and goals.

New Yoga Classes on Fridays

We are offering something new on Friday afternoon at HealthPoint Fitness in Cape, 4:15-5:30 p.m. We will be rotating the following two styles of yoga: Power Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga.
Rotation is as follows: Power Vinyassa: May 2, May 16, May 30
Restorative Yoga: May 9, May 23. Read more about the styles here.

Martial Arts Classes

Stass Huff and his instructors do a phenominal job with the martial arts classes we have at HealthPoint in Cape. Stass would like to invite members and their children to attend a free session (kids need to be 6 or older). Classes start on Mon., Tues., Thurs. at 6 p.m., Fri. at 7 p.m., Sat. at 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Read more about the program here.

Work-Out the Fast Way

We offer 45 minute "express" classes at the Cape location (including cycling, BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW and BODYSTEP) each Monday - Friday, during the lunch hour. This is a great opportunity to squeeze in a workout and pick up lunch in the cafe on your way back to work!
