  • Most cardio equipment is linked to either CardioTheatre televisions or private screen televisions
  • The 1/11 mile walk/jog track circles the basketball court and the cardiotheater
  • A main gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, martial arts and other activities
  • Four lines of resistance training equipment: Freemotion, Nautilus Nitro, Cybex and Flex
  • A separate free weight area

Expanded facilities

  • a second swimming pool designed for 4-lane lap swimming and faster-paced water aerobic programs
  • a second larger group fitness studio
  • new, larger cycling studio with LeMond bikes
  • expansions to locker rooms
  • expansion of the cardio fitness area, including incline/decline treadmills, treadclimbers and ellipticals with personal screen televisions
  • new, larger private free weight area, including the addition of Hammer Strength equipment and wall-mounted plasma screen televisions 
  • and expansion of our Kids Klubhouse to include an activities area for kids ages 6-13
