Updated Program!!

If you're looking to lose 10 - 30 pounds, join our fifth Biggest Loser competition! This eight-week team competition gives you the option to combine personal training (either in teams or individual) with team-building meetings and lots of exercise to help you win the weight war.

This year we have updated the program to give it a fresh, new spin!

Loosely based on the popular TV show "The Biggest Loser," the eight-week competition combines personal training with team-building meetings and lots of exercise.

Competition at both HealthPoint in Cape and Jackson runs from February 2 - March 23. Meetings are held on Tuesday evenings at the Cape location at 6:00 p.m. The meetings aren’t mandatory, but are strongly encouraged. Weigh-ins, however, are mandatory, and will be held on Tuesdays at times convenient for all participants.

Med Gem metabolic testing to determine your baseline calorie needs

Introduced in early 2006, the first Weight Wars attracted 28 participants who were split into four teams. Total weight lost by the 28 participants: 513.75 pounds! The second Weight Wars of 15 total participants (three teams) lost a total of 226 pounds!
