Biometrics Nutrition & Fitness
Biometrics is a six-week weight control program designed for those who want to lose weight, tone up and feel great! It is a practical program, helping participants re-learn methods of food preparation and portioning of foods to better meet the needs of the body.
Working with the food portion of Biometrics is the critical component of exercise. Members meet three times a week for strength training workouts.
Participants schedule appointments to meet individually with a trainer at any time that HealthPoint Fitness in Jackson is open.
Fee includes six-week food plan, water bottle, a t-shirt, pre and post-assessment, and small group strength training.
The Workout
The exercise portion of Biometrics is modified to fit your current exercise plan and your health and fitness experience.
Strength training is a vital component, using either machines, free weights or calisthenics, depending on your personal needs and preferences.
The duration of the workout is about 30 minutes for the warm-up, weight training and stretching. |

The Food
You buy it, prepare it and enjoy it! You choose nine meals to serve as primary entree choices for the duration of the program.
Biometrics adds weekend recipes in addition to your nine choices. Vegetarian meals are available, as are seafood, beef and chicken meal options.
The Options
Biometric participants can combine the food plan with an aerobic workout, weight training or use it independently to get their eating plan back on track. All plans include one free month of membership to HealthPoint Fitness to be applied immediately after the program is completed.
All options include 6 weeks of personal training, three times per week, a food plan, a water bottle and a Biometrics t-shirt.
