Pre-Employment Testing

Risk management begins even before your applicant begins work. Your job applicants have a health history. Once they’ve met all other qualifications for the job and a conditional offer has been made, you have the right to ensure that they can physically handle the job description.

A prior back injury doesn’t necessarily disqualify someone from a job that requires lifting. They need the chance to prove, under the watchful guidance of our licensed physical and occupational therapists and board-certified occupational medicine physician that they are physically able to work with no “direct threat” concerns to the safety of themselves and to others and that they can safely and adequately meet the requirements set in their job description.
