Healthy Cooking Classes at HealthPoint
HealthPoint Plaza is proud to host a Healthy Cooking Series presented by Raina Childers, MS, RD, LD, a registered dietitian at Southeast Missouri Hospital and Nutritional Services Coordinator at HealthPoint Fitness.
Recipes and samples will be provided during the class.
The class is free for HealthPoint Fitness members and $5 for non-members.
All classes are 6:00-7:15 p.m. at HealthPoint Plaza's demonstration kitchen.
