Wellness programs take aim at a healthier YOU

Southeast Missouri Hospital established the Wellness Connection at West Park Mall as part of its mission to provide family-focused health and wellness services to the region. This outreach location provides easy access and parking as well as convenient hours and a comfortable atmosphere for the entire community.

The Wellness Connection is an integral part the Hospital’s many wellness services bringing its expertise to a variety of areas including HealthWorks for businesses, community health classes and programs and outreach programs to schools and other organizations.

Staffed by Hospital personnel, the Wellness Connection serves as a meeting place for Hospital programs, support groups, wellness screenings and classes for expectant parents, siblings and grandparents.

The Wellness Connection works with West Park Mall to offer area residents health and wellness fairs, special walking programs and other special events.
