Kids "Bee" Fit

Kids "Bee" Fit classes are held at West Park Mall in the Wellness Connection near the kids play area. Children ages 2 - 6 enjoy musical games and dances and learn fitness basics from Southeast Missouri Hospital Fitness instructors. Classes cost just $2.50 for each hour-long session, and kids can accumulate points for prizes each time they come. Discounted punch cards are available. No registration necessary. Kids should wear tennis shoes. Classes are Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. For more information, call the Wellness Connection at 332-1587.
