Arthritis Class – This class can help relieve pain and stiffness associated with various forms of arthritis.
Easy Does it H20 – This class is great for those who are new to water workouts, just starting an exercise program or need a non-impact class due to an injury or illness.
This non-intimidating class format takes you through an exercise routine that you can do at your own pace. |

H20 Challenge – This class is ideal for those who want to vary their resistance training and cardio workouts. H2O challenge incorporates the use of resistance equipment along with cardio training and fun water fitness routines.
H20 Interval – This class combines effort and recovery cycles along with resistance training for an all-over workout in the water.
Suspension 45 -- 45 minutes of "no-touching" cardio and resistance training. This class is conducted in the deep end of the pool and will challenge even the fittest individual.
Water Fitness – Strengthen your heart and muscles with this all-over body workout that focuses on using the water for resistance while strengthening your core. (60 min)
Water Running – This class will focus on interval trainin in the shallow and deep end of the pool. The class will improve endurance and burn calories by using the resistance and currants of the water (60 min).
