Loosely based on the popular TV show "The Biggest Loser," the six-week team competition combines personal training with team-building meetings and lots of exercise.
Before beginning the program, participants are given a fitness assessment that included determining their heart rate training ranges and the MedGem metabolic test, as well as a nutritional evaluation and coaching. Three times a week, teams sweated it out together with a personal trainer. Two trainers were assigned to each team.
