Work out as a family
Kids ages 10 and up can become members at HealthPoint in Jackson, which means they can use the equipment and attend group classes with a parent or guardian.
Children ages 14-15 may work out independently with a parent's signature, as long as he/she is a joint member with a parent.
A weight training program is scheduled regularly to train children how to use equipment correctly and safely, with consideration for the size and development levels of children. A child 16 or older can have his/her own membership with a parent's signature.
Ongoing Programs for Kids
The following classes are also open to Nonmembers and guests at $3 per class

School age kids can learn healthful eating practices and safe fitness activities that make getting in shape fun. Call 243-2211 for more information.
