Cathy Tanksley, MA, CCC/SLP, CPCRT graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology in 1990.  She maintains a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech/Language Association and is licensed in the State of Missouri.  She is also certified in the process of cognitive rehabilitation by the Society of Cognitive Rehabilitation.  Her clinical experience includes providing care to patients in the intensive care, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation and long term care settings.  Cathy has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 1999.  Her main focus of treatment includes swallowing disorders, cognitive therapy, language disorders and voice disorders.  She treats both pediatric and adult patients.  Cathy is instrumental in coordinating the brain injury support group which meets at Healthpoint Plaza monthly.
