Frankie  Erlacker, MHS, PT
Position: Executive Director of HealthPoint
 
Frankie Erlacker, MHS, PT is the Executive Director of HealthPoint Plaza. She received her Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. She received her Masters degree in Health Sciences from Washington University. She has worked in a variety of fields in physical therapy including cardiac rehab, neuro rehab, pediatrics, geriatrics, home health, orthopedics and sports medicine. Frankie started her own private practice in 1987 serving nursing homes, home health agencies and a small rural hospital and then worked in private practice with Brenda Nicolai MHS, PT, OCS and Joan Stehr, PT until selling the practice to Southeast Missouri Hospital in 1995. As Southeast Outpatient Rehab grew to include services in Jackson in 2002, Frankie was named the Director of Wellness and Main Street Fitness Center. When Healthpoint Plaza opened in 2004, she again was promoted to Executive Director of Rehab and Wellness. Frankie still enjoys seeing a few patients in her present position. She takes great pride in the development of the staff and the facilities in Cape and Jackson. The excellent staff has made the facilities the place of choice for rehab, wellness and fitness in the area.

   
Jason  Emmenderfer, PT, MBA, CSCS
Position: Rehab Manager
 
Jason Emmenderfer, PT, MBA, CSCS received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995 and a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1997. In 2007 he completed his Master of Business Administration degree through William Woods University. In addition to being a licensed physical therapist in the state of Missouri, Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is a member of the NSCA and the American Physical Therapy Association. Jason has been a team member at HealthPoint Rehab since 1997. In 2004, Jason began serving as rehab manager of the Cape location and continues in that role in addition to treating patients on a daily basis. He has over 10 years of experience and continuing education in the treatment of orthopedic conditions with emphasis on manual therapy techniques.

   
Andrea  Marchi, MBA, PT, CSCS
Position: Rehab Manager
 
Andrea Marchi, PT, MBA, CSCS received a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. She has worked as a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since that time. In 1999 she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Andrea received her Masters of Business Administration from William Woods University in 2007. She has over 10 experience working with orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. Andrea is active with continuing her professional education and also has training in the specialty areas of TMJ disorders, incontinence treatment and osteoporosis. Her areas of interest include hip, knee and foot and ankle. In 2002, she was instrumental in the opening of the Jackson location at HealthPoint Fitness. She is currently a Rehab Manager and continues to treat patients at the Jackson location. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

   
Cory  Beussink, MPT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Cory Beussink, MPT graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2008. He has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since that time. He works primarily in outpatient and school-based pediatric rehabilitation and also works with the adult neurological patient population. He served 4 years as Assistant Coach of the University of Missouri’s Adapted Gymnastics program and has been involved in Special Olympics for several years. He enjoys working with the HealthPoint Rehab team and is a firm believer in using the team approach to provide the highest quality of care and to help patients achieve their highest functional capabilities.

   
Theresa  Crowell, MPT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Theresa Crowell, MPT received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Maryville University in 2003. She has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since that time. She works primarily with the pediatric population in both an outpatient and school setting. Theresa also works with children with various diagnoses in the pool at Healthpoint. She works closely with the other pediatric team members to help patients achieve their highest functional outcome.

   
Ashley  Dirnberger, MPT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Ashley Dirnbirger, MPT graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelors degree in Health Science in and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2003. She joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 2004. Ashley works with both orthopedic and neurological patient populations. She has received training in specialty areas including Myofascial Release and vestibular and balance dysfunctions. Ashley is also trained in the Bioness L300, a functional e-stim orthotic unit devised to assist patients with gait deviations involving difficulty clearing the foot.

   
Chuck  Dobbs, PT, ATC
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Chuck Dobbs, PT, ATC, graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in 1993. In 2001, he became a Board Certified Athletic Trainer. Chuck has over 14 years of experience in the treatment of orthopedic conditions with emphasis on treatment of knees, ankles, and shoulders. He has been providing sports medicine coverage to local high schools for many years and currently is the team Athletic Trainer for Kelly High School. Chuck is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

   
Vicki  Keller, PT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Vicki graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1978. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, pediatrics, long term care, home health, and work hardening, but the majority of her career has been in outpatient orthopedics. Vicki operated her own outpatient physical therapy clinic for 12 years. She decided to close her business and joined the HealthPoint team in April 2007. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has served as secretary of the Southeast District and also as delegate to the National Convention. Allison  Keith, PT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Allison Keith, PT graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy. She has over 18 years experience working mostly in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Allison works at Healthpoint Rehab in Jackson and treats a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions of adolescents and adults. She is the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) for Healthpoint Rehab.

   
Donna  Miller, MSPT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Donna Miller, MSPT obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 1993 and Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St Louis in 1998. She has 8 years of experience working with both adult and pediatric clients specializing in neurologic diagnoses. While working in the St Louis area, Donna developed and instructed an exercise class for clients with Multiple Sclerosis. Her areas of expertise include spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, amputees, and stroke. She joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 2004 and has currently been working primarily with adult neurologic patients. Donna has also joined the occupational therapists in the treatment of adults and children with ocular motor impairments.

   
Brenda  Nicolai, MHS, PT, OCS
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Brenda Nicolai, MHS, PT, OCS graduated from the University of Missouri in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She received her Masters degree of Health Science from Washington University in St Louis in 1987. She is the only Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in the region. Brenda has extensive experience in all areas of physical therapy, but her area of concentration the past few years has been on shoulder rehabilitation.

   
Kurt  Pfefferkorn, MPT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Kurt Pfefferkorn, MPT received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He works primarily with the orthopedic population and has over 6 years experience in his field. He joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 2001. Kurt directs Back to Golf, Healthpoint Rehab’s sports medicine program for golfers.

   
Christy  Margrabe, PT, ATRIC
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Christy Margrabe, PT, ATRIC graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis with a Bachelors degree in Health Science-Physical Therapy in 2000. She became a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team in 2000. She is certified in aquatic therapy through the aquatic therapy rehab institute. She has training in women’s health disorders and also works with pediatric populations both on land and in the pool.

   
Paula  Stout, PT, CLT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Paula Stout, PT, CLT graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy degree. She has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since that time. In 1999 she attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies training and received certification in Manual Lymph Drainage/Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy and became certified by national exam through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in 2000. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a former Missouri Physical Therapy Association district president. Paula is also a member of the National Lymphedema Network and the International Society of Lymphology. To complement her expertise in the treatment of lymphedema, she is active in the Turning Point program for breast cancer survivors and teaches a specialty exercise class for women who have been affected by breast cancer. In addition to treating lymphedema, Paula is one of two therapists providing Myofasical Release treatments for patients with acute or chronic pain, headaches, or mobility restrictions.

   
Katrina  Voelker, PT
Position: Physical Therapist
 
Katrina Voelker, PT graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995 and has worked primarily in outpatient sports medicine and orthopedics for 11 years. She was an assistant faculty member in the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Linn State Technical College while working in the Jefferson City area for 7 years. Katrina has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 2002. She enjoys treating orthopedic and spine patients and has over 3 years of experience with the treatment of lymphedema. Katrina is one of two therapists providing Myofasical Release treatments for patients with acute or chronic pain, headaches, or mobility restrictions. She believes in taking extra time to explain to patients their diagnosis, pathoanatomy and treatment plan so as to allow the patient an opportunity to take ownership in their recovery.

   
Amy  Brookover, DPT
Position: Physical Therapist
 

Amy Brookover, DPT graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010.  She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006.  Amy has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 2010 and her main interest is working with patients with orthopedic conditions.  She is trained in the Movement Systems Impairment system of physical therapy diagnosis and treatment. 


   
Mary  Cotner, PTA
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
 
Mary Cotner, PTA graduated from Allied Health Sciences with an Associates of Arts degree in physical therapy. Mary has worked for Southeast Missouri Hospital for 19 years in both inpatient and outpatient rehab settings. She has been a member of the HealthPoint Rehab team since 1997. She works primarily with patients who have neurological and lymphedema diagnoses. She is also a certified technician for drug and alcohol screenings that are performed in the Occupational Medicine department at HealthPoint Plaza.

   
Kathleen  Sebby, PTA
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
 
Kathleen Sebby, PTA graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Recreation. After working several years as a recreational coordinator, she returned to Southern Illinois University and received her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1994. She initially worked in outpatient and nursing home settings and joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 1996. She works at both the Cape and Jackson locations and treats primarily adult orthopedics and aquatic therapy patients.

   
Aaron  Kuehle, PTA
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
 
Aaron Kuehle, PTA graduated from Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City, MO in 1996 with an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He initially worked in an acute care setting at Southeast Hospital and joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 1998. Aaron has over 14 years of experience and continuing education in the treatment of adult orthopedics, work conditioning and myofascial release patients.

   
Debbie  Hayden, RN, BSN, OTR/L
Position: Occupational Therapist
 
Debbie Hayden, RN, BSN, OTR/L received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University. Her nursing background includes experience in the NICU and well baby nursery along with experience in the home health setting. The home health experience included private duty nursing and work with pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. She also served in a management role during her home health experience. After receiving her degree in occupational therapy she worked as clinical coordinator in a pediatric setting. During this time she also provided direct patient care in the home and school settings and was active in writing grants. Debbie Hayden joined the Healthpoint Rehab team in 2005. She currently provides occupational therapy for adult neurology and pediatric patients. Her area of expertise is ocular-motor and sensory integration deficits.

   
Kristin  Mc.Raven, OTR/L
Position: Occupational Therapist
 
Kristin N. McRaven, OTR/L graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2002. She has experience with pediatrics, low vision and adult neurological conditions. She joined the HealthPoint Rehab team in 2005. She enjoys working with the excellent staff to improve patient outcomes.

   
Lindsay  Lawrence, MOT
Position: Occupational Therapist
 
Lindsay Lawrence, MOT, graduated from Maryville University with a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy in 2007. She joined the Healthpoint Rehab team shortly thereafter. Lindsay is a member of the Missouri Occupational Therapy Association and has presented at the state conference regarding the importance of using current research within a practice setting. She primarily works with the vision and pediatric populations, and loves working with the rehab team to help patients achieve their greatest potential.

Julie Fredenburg, MA, CCC-SLP graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Masters degree in Communication Disorders in 2006. She worked in the public school system with the 3-5 year old population treating children with a wide range of disorders and severities. Her areas of interest include speech and language development, dyspraxia, phonological disorders, child and adult language disorders, auditory/language processing, and augmentative and alternative communication.

   
Cathy  Tanksley, MA, CCC/SLP, CPCRT
Position: Speech Therapist
 
Catherine Tanksley, MA, CCC/SLP, CPCRT graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts in Speech Pathology in 1990. She maintains a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Missouri. She is also certified in the process of cognitive rehabilitation by the Society of Cognitive Rehabilitation and Vital Stim as well as LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) LOUD program. Her clinical experience includes providing care to patients in the intensive care, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation and long term care settings. Cathy has been a member of the Healthpoint Rehab team since 1999. Her main focus of treatment includes swallowing disorders, cognitive therapy, language disorders and voice disorders. She treats both pediatric and adult patients. Cathy is instrumental in coordinating the brain injury and stroke support group.

   
Kelley  Snider, MA, CCC-SLP
Position: Speech Therapist
 
Kelley Snider, MA, CCC-SLP graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders in 2003. She maintains a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in the state of Missouri. Kelley’s clinical experience includes providing speech and language services in the public school system with the 3-5 year old population and the Kindergarten-grade 12 population. She also has experience providing speech and language services with birth to age 3 early intervention population and adult rehabilitation in skilled nursing facilities. Kelley’s areas of interest include speech and language disorders, oral motor disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, childhood/infant feeding disorders and autistim spectrum disorders.
